Ticket and admission policy
1. Please read the below terms and conditions on ticketing and admission applicable to G.A.Y. Trading Limited ("Company"). By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the premises, you agree to be bound by this Ticketing and Admission Policy including any changes which may be made to the same without further notice. If Company considers or suspects that you have Violated or are about to violate any terms and conditions of this Ticketing and Admission Policy (including any changes made thereto), The Company has the right to refuse selling tickets to you and/or refuse your admission to or request you to leave the premises as appropriate.
2. Tickets sold through any channel are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be re-sold.
3. Please check the transaction amount before leaving the check out page. The Company will not entertain any disputes afterwards.
4. An e-ticket will send to your registered e-mail after payment, please present the e-ticket to registration counter, customer who is not able to present the valid proof of e-ticket or e-mail, Company reserves the right to refuse the admission.
5. Reminder e-mail will send to your registered e-mail 24 hours before appointment, you are strongly advised add to your google calendar, customer who late for more than 30 minutes, they will be assumed to be give up without any compensation.
6. Customer always can reschedule 24 hours before the schedule time slot, no refund is allowed after payment.
7. One ticket for 1 person, parents please wait outside the premises.
8. Please be responsible for your own personal property, the company would not be responsible for any damages, lost, stolen personal items that are brought into the premises.
Safety rule
- Participant’s parents should decide whether participant’s health condition is suitable to take part in the game;
- All participants must attend a driving briefing provided by staff before game start;
- The kiddie ride on car is suitable for children between 3-8 year old, 80 - 120 cm tall and weight no more than 20 kg;
- The L model is suitable for people whose 9 years old or above, 120cm height or above and weight does not exceed 63kg/139lbs;
- The XL model is suitable for people whose 16 years old or above, 140cm height or above and weight does not exceed 109kg/242lbs;
- Each electric car allows only 1 participant to drive;
- Participant’s shoes should always be worn;
- Participant must buckle the seat belt when do the driving in the assigned racing lines;
- Preforming aggressive such as running, fighting, rough play, saying foul language, deliberately crash with another electronic car are not permitted. Any offenders will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- To ensure safety, each kiddie ride on car is equipped with remote control, staff shall stop the electronic cars whenever danger occurs. Event organizer is not responses for any injuries caused by their own or any third party;
- All participants must follow the instructions and rules of the staff.
- Event organizer reserve the right of the final explanation and decision about all the contents of the etiquette and rules.
- Bad weather (Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above / Red or Black Rainstorm Signal warning )
- Legal requirement (Compulsory close due to Covid-19)
- Any circumstances affecting the safety, security, public order and health of visitors and employees of the company
- Raining before games start, customer is advised to wait for no longer than 30 mins until rain stop.
- Raining during the games, no compensation / refund / reschedule will be offer

場內安全守則
- 惡劣天氣 (8號風球或以上 / 紅色或黑色暴雨警告)
- 法例要求 (因COVID-19 而強制關閉)
- 任何影響訪客、員工的安全、保安理由、公眾秩序及健康的情況
- 於遊戲前下雨, 客戶可等待不超過30分鐘直至停雨.
- 於遊戲期間下雨, 遊戲會終止但不作任何賠償 / 退款 / 改期安排.
